Returns & Refunds

Because we provide non-tangible digital content and software licenses, all purchases are considered final. As these are digital items, there are no physical returns. According to our Community Store Terms of Service, once the digital content is provided or accessed, the transaction is final and no refunds will be issued. This includes cases where a player is banned from a platform, as bans are subject to the full discretion of the platform.

For our customers in the European Union, please note that your statutory right of withdrawal expires 14 days after purchase or the moment you begin consuming the digital content for the first time, whichever occurs sooner.
